On December 20th, 2025 Stout Fights had 18 electric grappling matches with some of the best grapplers in the region.
Stout Fights continues to promote grappling that emphasizes submission attempts and action, drawing competitors from local and regional jiu-jitsu and nogi communities. Matches typically ran under submission-focused rules designed to incentivize aggressive grappling and finishes. The night blew by with submission after submission in an extremely well run grappling card put on by Andy Anderson and the StoutPGH team.
My personal favorite match was with Tyler Wittreich against Lucas Jones, with a match going to overtime and resulting in a RNC victory for Lucas Jones. The regulation period was a back and forth scramble and submission festival that really highlighted both of these young grappler’s talent.
