It’s always a wild ride in the Tackle Truck, a vintage 2000 Dodge Durango purpose built for Tackle’s carjitsu events, and this match was no different. Packed with a lot of exciting transitions and submission attempts, many of which used the seatbelt as their primary means, this match was great from beginning to end!

The match starts with a strong showing of aggression from Butler, immediately going for a rather specific type of grip/choke on Baeppler as Baeppler is still undoing his seatbelt, but Baeppler (no stranger to the inside of a Durango) remains composed and battles back.
After finally ditching the seatbelt, we see Baeppler start to take a more aggressive stance as he begins to mount a counterattack against Butler, but Butler defends well, implementing a skilled guard game.

Soon after, we see Luke manage to work the seatbelt around Jeremiah’s neck, putting him in imminent danger of the choke, but Butler battles back skillfully.
At one point, we see Butler open the driver-side door, possibly to gain a bit of leg room to implement his height advantage over Baeppler, though neither man would end up using the door, or the space.

Soon affairs transition into the passenger side front seat of the Durango, where Baeppler manages once again to slip the seatbelt around Butler’s neck, and this time it would spell defeat, as Butler concedes the tap, Baeppler taking the victory in this exhibition matchup.
